Hourly Rate :$48-$38 Sliding Scale*

Travel fee $40 per visit

TRAVEL FEE is only applied to folks living outside an hour drive from Harpswell.

*In an effort to honor my experience/time & care I will be shifting my hourly rate to a sliding scale, modeled after The Green Bottle . Accessibility to care is a core value for me and my practice, and I acknowledge that the lowest price point may still be inaccessible for folks needing care. I will continue to offer payment plans, as well as scholarship funds from my Doula Consults whenever possible. Please don’t let lack of funds keep you from reaching out to me, and know that when you are paying my full hourly rate, you are helping make it possible to offer reduced care to families in need.

_____________

All of my clients are provided with an up to date seasonal menu with all of my current food offerings, as well as a guide for how to plan our time together, and corresponding grocery lists for all menu items.

Home visits are a time for nurturing to take place. As your postpartum doula, my aim is to cultivate the trust needed for you to really ask for you what you need. My care is rooted in nourishing foods, but postpartum health encapsulates much more than just having a full warm belly. I am here to ensure that you stay connected to yourself, your baby, and to your community of friends, family and caregivers, by making sure you have everything you need to thrive.

I am here to process your birth, and the waves of emotions that can come in the days and weeks following. I am here to rub your feet, hold your baby, prepare an herbal sitz bath for you to soak, and make sure those piles of laundry get washed, folded and tucked away.

Birthing person Care v. baby care

I am a practitioner focusing on Birthing Person Care. Birthing Person Care is care that is centered around the birthing person’s needs, so that they can then tend to their baby feeling whole and resourced. This care could look like meal preparation, birth/trauma processing, periodic baby care, holding space, providing a custom vaginal steaming protocol for postpartum healing, tracking your cycles in postpartum, period care in postpartum, lactation/feeding support, preparation of nourishing food and drink during our visit, grocery shopping, and light housework.

Baby Care is centered around baby, and would included caring for baby alone, or for a long duration of time, baby massage, overnight care, and anything requiring me to focus or care entirely on baby. I do not offer Baby Care services, but if this sounds like the support you are in search of, I can happily send along some great names and resources!

COVID POLICY FOR home visits:

I am continuing to keep up to date with the CDC’s guidelines, and am committed to working with you and your family to ensure everyone in your home feels safe throughout our time together. I am always happy to discuss what this will look like ahead of our visit.
